WELCOME
This is a very exciting time for TACS Stables as we begin a new opportunity to offer our beautiful farm as a venue to rent. After purchasing the property in 2018, we began extreme renovations. We have spent the last few years getting it ready to share with potential clients. Our property is on 20 acres and has multiple areas for entertaining. It’s got the rustic chic vibe while still being extremely casual and fun. Located 40 miles from Chicago on Route 176. It’s an easy drive and relatively close to the big city, yet while being here, you will feel like you're in a totally different mindset.
VENUE
TACS' main building has a 4000 square ft high ceilinged clubhouse. There are Mens and Women’s restrooms including showers. We have an indoor riding arena that has a viewing area from within the clubhouse. We have 29 stalls accessible from the main building. There is a large game room with a pool table, darts, shuffle board and a large screen TV and bathroom. Also attached is an extra large 2 car garage.
Outside, there is a lot of room for tented events, three ponds, a large dock below a grand staircase, an outdoor arena, a 30x30 ft. deck, an authentic 30 ft. high furnished teepee, 2 separate areas for bonfires complete with Adirondack chairs, a vegetable garden, picnic tables, a BB Gun Range, and a little barn where all of the farm animals stay.
The little barn has llamas, donkeys, a Highlander cow, turkeys, goats, pigs, peacocks, chickens and a lot of farm fresh eggs!
